The Roving Leasing Consultant will be scheduled to work at different apartment community locations in the Colorado Springs Metro Area to provide customer service to our residents and leasing of vacant apartments. This position does require the ability to work on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday. Successful candidates will have previous leasing, customer service or hotel experience along with intermediate computer skills.<ul><li>Are you a multi-tasking superstar?</li><li>Do you work well being a vital part of a cooperative team? Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees, and vendors is key to success.</li><li>The Leasing Consultant provides functional support for the Property Manager and Maintenance Teams and is capable of working independently in the Managers absence.</li><li>CAM, ARM or CALP certificates helpful.</li><li>Knowledge of Yardi leasing software is helpful.</li><li>Savvy social media skills are helpful.</li><li>Must possess a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.</li><li>Reliable transportation is necessary.</li></ul>If this describes you, then we have a great opportunity for you.
