<div>The Supplier Business Manager is critical in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring the successful delivery of goods and services that meet our organization's needs. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to drive supplier performance and optimize supplier relationships.
A successful candidate must be able to:<ul><li>
Articulate the company&rsquo;s vision and go-to-market strategy.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms and conditions.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier performance reviews to evaluate and address any issues or areas of improvement.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Proactively identify and address any potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain, working closely with suppliers to develop contingency plans.</li><li>
Foster strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication, site visits, and participation in supplier conferences and events.</li><li>
Stay updated on market trends,industry best practices, and become the product expert within these technologies.</li><li>
Analyze supplier performance data and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.</li><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier management strategy to ensure the selection, evaluation, and ongoing performance of suppliers.</li><li>
Identify and onboard new suppliers that align with our organization's goals and requirements.</li><li>

A successful candidate will demonstrate:<ul><li>
In-depth knowledge of the Solar industry today, while tracking and understanding the direction the market is moving</li><li>
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, along with strong financial literacy and modeling</li><li>
Strong negotiation and communication skills, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers at all levels.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.</li><li>
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in the negotiation and management of supplier relationships.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.</li><li>
3 &ndash; 5 years experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role.</li></ul>
