The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content, managing brand reputation, and driving audience growth across multiple social media platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, videos, infographics) tailored to each platform.</li><li>Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand strategy.</li><li>Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep our content fresh and engaging.</li><li>Manage social media outreach, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to maintain engagement.</li><li>Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator.</li><li>Strong skills in Reels editing, short-form video creation, and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).</li><li>Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.</li><li>Ability to run outreach campaigns and build relationships with influencers/partners.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and insights for improvement.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with social media automation tools</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to shape the brand&rsquo;s online presence.</li><li>Creative freedom and space to experiment with new content formats.</li><li>A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li><li>Excepted CTC</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
