Operations Support role assists with the smooth running of daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional operational efficiency and customer service.<div>
Essential Duties: 
<ul><li>Support inventory tracking, restocking, and product movement</li><li>Assist with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment</li><li>Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams</li><li>Maintain accurate records and update internal systems</li><li>Help prepare merchandise for store displays or client appointments</li><li>Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures</li><li>Provide Administrative and operational support to internal teams</li></ul>
Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives

IT Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager leads the planning and execution of cross-functional technology and business initiatives from initiation through closure. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and project governance. Success in this role requires strong organization, effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across business and technology teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution &amp; Delivery<ul><li>
Manage day-to-day execution of one or more complex projects from initiation through closure.</li><li>
Lead coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality.</li><li>
Identify, document, monitor, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.</li><li>
Drive issue resolution, follow up on commitments, and escalate concerns as appropriate.</li><li>
Support project onboarding, testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities.</li><li>
Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready communications.</li><li>
Monitor project scope and support change control activities to ensure alignment with approved project objectives.</li></ul>
Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.</li><li>
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.</li><li>
Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and decision-making discussions.</li><li>
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Evaluate project workflows and recommend process improvements.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Communication &amp; Governance<ul><li>
Build and maintain effective working relationships with business, IT, and vendor partners.</li><li>
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.</li><li>
Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to drive timely decisions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain project dashboards, presentations, metrics, and status reporting.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project governance, and documentation requirements.</li></ul>
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology and business initiatives.</li><li>
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.</li><li>
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Planner, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools preferred.
</li><li>Experience with project management and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent preferred.
</li><li>Strong proficiency in creating project schedules, dashboards, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
</li><li>Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and reporting preferred.</li></ul>

The Sr Manager, Brand Communications and PR will support the VP of Brand Communications and PR to lead PR, media relations and high impact internal communications for the luxury arm of the Signet Jewelers portfolio. The Sr. Manager, Brand Communications and PR role will build brand specific PR and communications that will include consumer and trade media relations, celebrity / VIP dressing, press events, VIP ambassador programs, and executive visibility. This role will also support internal communications, corporate announcements and charitable / sustainability efforts in alignment with the central team&rsquo;s strategies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication and public relations strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.</li><li>
Manage all aspects of media relations, including proactive outreach, press release development, media kit creation, and crisis communications.</li><li>
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content for various channels, including press releases, media pitches, corporate messaging, and internal communications.</li><li>
Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, executive leadership, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated communication efforts.</li><li>
Manage external PR agencies and consultants, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource utilization.</li><li>
Identify and mitigate potential reputational risks through proactive planning and rapid response strategies.</li><li>
Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in brand communications and public relations.</li><li>
Support executive visibility initiatives, including media training and speaking engagements.</li></ul> 
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field</li><li>
10+ years recommended in a communications/public relations field</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong editing ability. Experience with crisis communications a plus.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and the flexibility to managing multiple projects with competing priorities and shifting timeframes, with the capacity to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines</li><li>
Proficiency with PC software tools for communications, presentations and reports, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>
Working knowledge of the design and layout of communications materials</li></ul>
