Design experience and fabrication knowledge is required.You&rsquo;ll enjoy coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the ability to:&middot; Design creative signs&middot; Prepare final fabrication layout by proofreading finished copy and art for colors, sizes, spelling, errors, fonts and logo specs to determine fabrication feasibility&middot; Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.&middot; Format design files for fabrication&middot; Layout shop drawings and determine methods of fabrication, size of material andequipment to be used&middot; Verify design layouts and specifications ensure all information is accurate and consistent&middot; Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations and dimensional and finish specifications.&middot; Knowledge of materials needed&middot; Maintain and update work order information for each job&middot; Assist with permittingYou&rsquo;ll have success here if you value clear processes and can demonstrate competency in the following:&middot; Basic knowledge of sign assembly, channel letter assembly and electrical wiring&middot; Microsoft Office&middot; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator &amp; Acrobat)&middot; Software and database programs, printers/plotters, scanners, lamination equipment, sign engraving equipment and sublimation&middot; Graphic design skills&middot; Technical layouts / shop drawing skills&middot; Attention to detail&middot; Results-oriented&middot; Excellent problem-solving skills&middot; Accept constructive criticism and feedback&middot; Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills&middot; Organization &amp; time management&middot; Prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines&middot; Self-motivation&middot; Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment&middot; Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities&middot; Ability to read a tape measure&middot; Fluency is Spanish is a plusPhysical Demands:&middot; Long periods of sitting (4-6 hrs per day)We train our teams to help them succeed, and everyone on our team supports each other&rsquo;s success.
