Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a fast-paced, matrixed F&amp;B organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex scheduling, relationships, and confidential information with discretion. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a hospitality environment.
As the primary point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external parties, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations of the executive office. 
 
 
Requirements

Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including meetings, travel, and events.
</li><li>Prepare and organize materials for meetings such as agendas, presentations, briefing notes.
</li><li>Attend key meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
</li><li>Handle confidential documents and communications with the utmost discretion.
</li></ul></li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination</li><li><ul><li>
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders across departments, regions, and levels of seniority.
</li><li>Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
</li><li>Ensure timely flow of information between the CEO&rsquo;s office and cross-functional teams.
</li></ul></li><li>Project &amp; Stakeholder Management</li><li><ul><li>
Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and ensure deliverables are met by relevant stakeholders.
</li><li>Coordinate with department heads, business units, and partners in a matrix structure.
</li><li>Support the CEO in managing logistics and documentation.
</li></ul></li><li>Travel &amp; Events</li><li><ul><li>
Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations, transport, and agendas.
</li><li>Coordinate leadership offsites, team meetings, and corporate events.
</li></ul></li><li>Administrative Excellence</li><li><ul><li>
Oversee expenses, approvals, and budget tracking related to the executive office.
</li><li>Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and document archives.</li></ul></li><li>
Ad-Hoc Support
</li><li><ul><li>Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO across operational, strategic, commercial, personal and administrative matters as required.</li><li>
Undertake additional projects, assignments, and other cognate duties as delegated by the CEO to support the successful operation of the business.</li><li>
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs and executive priorities.</li></ul></li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Administration.</li><li>
5+ years of work experience in a Food &amp; Beverage or Hospitality environment as an Executive Assistant or Front of House, Communications and Concierge role.</li><li>
Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>
Strong understanding of matrix organizations and ability to navigate cross-functional environments.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace, and communication/project tools.</li><li>
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
</li><li>High level of adaptability, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Executive Assistant

<div>SIHAMCO is seeking a detail-oriented and highly creative Graphic Designer (Production and Print) to support the execution of branding and marketing materials across its portfolio of F&amp;B and entertainment concepts.
This role is heavily focused on print production, fabrication, and supplier coordination, requiring strong knowledge of the Riyadh market, including local printing presses, signage manufacturers, and production vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer (Production and Print) will provide comprehensive graphic design, branding, and marketing production services across all Sihamco brands. The role combines creative execution, print production expertise, IT coordination, and supplier management, with a strong emphasis on local Riyadh market knowledge and vendor relationships to support fast-paced Riyadh Season operations.
Design, Creative &amp; Production<ul><li>
Create and develop design concepts across all SIHAMCO brands, including:
</li><li><ul><li>Publications, Point-of-Purchase materials, traditional advertising
</li><li>Online ads, social media content, and website visuals
</li><li>Restaurant menus, flyers, magazine ads, and store signage
</li><li>Corporate logos, stationery, and branding materials
</li></ul></li><li>Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork ensuring accuracy in specifications, materials, and finishes.
</li><li>Design creative packaging solutions and labeling for all brands.
</li><li>Produce administrative and marketing materials such as catalogues, handbooks, and charts.
</li><li>Design artistic signage for corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
</li><li>Create event booths, posters, and experiential branding elements.
</li><li>Develop high-quality creative assets to enhance brand value across digital and offline platforms.
</li><li>Ensure all outputs strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
</li></ul>Branding<ul><li>
Consumable Branding: Design all branded consumables (takeaway bags, sugar sachets, paper cups, etc.).
</li><li>F&amp;B Branding: Develop restaurant logos, signage, and full brand identities, including digital and printed menus.
</li><li>Guidelines &amp; Presentations: Create comprehensive brand guidelines, templates, and professional business presentations.
</li><li>Operational Branding: Design all operational materials including banners, wayfinding signage, and flyers.
</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Content<ul><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation and execution.
</li><li>Contribute creative input during strategic and conceptual brainstorming sessions with management.
</li><li>Develop and maintain the visual identity of social media platforms and brand profiles.
</li></ul>Digital, IT Services &amp; Development<ul><li>
Design and develop UI/UX concepts and mock-ups for websites and mobile applications.
</li><li>Manage, design, and support development of corporate digital platforms, including multiple websites.
</li><li>Test, debug, and optimize websites to improve functionality, user experience, and workflow efficiency.
</li><li>Identify and implement new technologies to enhance digital platforms and processes.
</li><li>Coordinate with external app development companies and oversee app-related operations.
</li><li>Monitor application performance and assist in resolving server or technical issues.
</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal teams.
</li></ul>Supplier Coordination &amp; Acquisition (Riyadh Market &ndash; Critical)<ul><li>
Source, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local Riyadh-based suppliers, including:

</li><li>Signage and fabrication vendors
</li><li>Packaging and production suppliers
</li></ul></li><li>Request, review, and follow up on quotations; modify and negotiate pricing as required.
</li><li>Analyze material specifications and job costing to ensure cost-effective solutions.
</li><li>Oversee production quality through supplier coordination, site visits, and approvals.
</li><li>Ensure all production is delivered on time and meets Sihamco&rsquo;s premium standards.
</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Data Management<ul><li>
Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
</li><li><ul><li>Collect and analyze data
</li><li>Produce regular performance reports
</li></ul></li><li>Track project timelines, production status.
</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Project Delivery<ul><li>
Work closely with marketing and management teams to ensure alignment on all deliverables.
</li><li>Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print, production, and branding.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Riyadh&rsquo;s supplier and production landscape is essential.
</li><li>Hands-on experience with printing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B, hospitality, events, or retail industries is highly preferred.
</li><li>Basic understanding of web/app design and digital platforms.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul>
