Job Summary</h3>
The Branch Supervisor at Luca Park is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and leading the branch team to deliver a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all visitors &mdash; both humans and their furry friends. A genuine love for dogs and comfort around them is essential for this role. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of Luca Park.</li>
<li>Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest experience in all areas.</li>
<li>Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.</li>
<li>Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.</li>
<li>Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and daily reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for promotions and events.</li>
<li>Ensure proper care, comfort, and safety for visiting dogs in compliance with Luca Land&rsquo;s policies.</li>
<li>Maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests and their pets.</li>
<li>Monitor employee performance and schedule shifts efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education &amp; Experience</h3><ul>
<li>2-4 years experience in a retail environment (eg. pet-store, veterinarian practice etc).</li>
<li>Relevant diploma in management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pet safety, dog behavior, or dog park operations.
</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, or operations software.</li>
<li>Passionate about pets, especially dogs.</li>
<li>Energetic, proactive, and hands-on.</li>
<li>Responsible and dependable.</li>
<li>Team player with a service-oriented mindset.</li>

Skills &amp; Competencies</h3><ul>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Branch Manager - Luxury Dog Park

<div>The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-prepared environment across a large-scale hospitality venue comprising five restaurants, outdoor spaces, attractions, and high footfall areas. The role ensures guest safety, employee safety, fire safety, crowd control readiness, and regulatory compliance, similar to a mini theme park operation.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)</h3><ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across all restaurants, kitchens, outdoor areas, entertainment zones, and back-of-house spaces.
</li><li>Conduct daily safety inspections and scheduled audits of:
</li><li><ul><li>Kitchens and food prep areas
</li><li>Gas, electrical, and mechanical systems
</li><li>Dining areas, outdoor walkways, stages, and attractions
</li><li>Fire exits, emergency lighting, and signage
</li></ul></li><li>Ensure compliance with local civil defense, municipality, labor law, and food safety regulations.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Fire Safety &amp; Emergency Preparedness</h3><ul>
<li>Act as the Fire &amp; Life Safety focal point for the entire venue.
</li><li>Ensure:
</li><li><ul><li>Fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression systems are functional and inspected
</li><li>Evacuation routes are clearly marked and unobstructed
</li></ul></li><li>Lead and document fire drills, evacuation simulations, and emergency response training.
</li><li>Coordinate directly with Civil Defense, ambulance services, and emergency responders.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Crowd Safety &amp; Risk Management</h3><ul>
<li>Monitor and assess crowd density and flow across the venue during peak hours and events.
</li><li>Work with Operations and Security to:
</li><li><ul><li>Control capacity limits per area
</li><li>Manage queues, entry/exit points, and bottlenecks
</li><li>Ensure safe movement during events, concerts, or promotions
</li></ul></li><li>Conduct risk assessments for events, live entertainment, and seasonal activations.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Staff Training &amp; Awareness</h3><ul>
<li>Conduct mandatory safety inductions for all new employees.
</li><li>Deliver ongoing training on:
</li><li><ul><li>Emergency response
</li><li>Fire safety
</li><li>First aid &amp; incident reporting
</li><li>Slip, trip, and fall prevention
</li></ul></li><li>Act as a safety ambassador, promoting a proactive safety culture across all departments.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Incident Management &amp; Reporting</h3><ul>
<li>Lead investigations into:

</li><li>Guest or staff injuries
</li><li>Property damage incidents
</li></ul></li><li>Prepare incident reports, corrective action plans, and root cause analyses.
</li><li>Maintain safety records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.

<li>Ensure all contractors and suppliers comply with venue HSE standards.
</li><li>Review method statements, risk assessments, and permits to work (hot works, working at height, electrical, etc.).
</li><li>Monitor contractor activities on-site.

Mandatory</h3><ul>
<li>Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (NEBOSH strongly preferred)
</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in:
</li><li><ul><li>Large hospitality venues
</li><li>Theme parks, entertainment complexes, malls, or large F&amp;B operations
</li></ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, evacuation planning, and crowd management
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred</h3><ul>
<li>First Aid &amp; CPR certification
</li><li>Civil Defense / Fire Safety certification (KSA or GCC)
</li><li>Experience working with multiple outlets and high guest volumes
