We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to join our billing department in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with SAP (preferred). The role involves processing invoices, verifying transactions, and ensuring accurate billing operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents accurately.</li><li>Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and pricing before generating invoices.</li><li>Ensure timely and error-free billing to customers and vendors.</li><li>Maintain proper records of all billing transactions and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate billing data.</li><li>Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Update and maintain billing records in SAP systems.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 0-2 years in billing (manufacturing industry preferred).</li><li>Good typing speed with high accuracy.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Knowledge of SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a manufacturing plant billing process.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>On-site role in a manufacturing plant setting.</li><li>May require extended hours during month-end or audit periods.</li></ul>Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may send their resumes to hr1@silcoautomotive.in with the subject line &quot;Application for Billing Executive &ndash; [Your Name].&quot;Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Jahangirpuri, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
