The Social Media &amp; Community Manager is responsible for curating and nurturing conversations about Silencer Central products and services online, with the goal of increasing both brand engagement and customer loyalty. This role monitors and manages our online reputation while engaging with our target audiences to amplify positive experiences, generate sales leads, and provide real-time service recovery if we miss the mark. This role requires a positive and energetic critical thinker who can strategically advocate for our customers and our brand.
Job Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Develop and implement strategies that grow brand advocacy, enhance online engagement, and increase customer retention.</li><li>
Lead social media strategy in tandem with content team, planning social media calendar.</li><li>
Identify influential online hunting/shooting sports communities to monitor and target.</li><li>
Moderate content and/or respond to feedback and inquiries on online forums, social media, and throughout the online hunting/shooting sports communities, including but not limited to:<ul><li><div>
Silencer Central&rsquo;s owned Facebook, Instagram/Threads, X, and YouTube channels</div></li><li><div>
Suppressor/NFA Facebook groups</div></li><li><div>
Suppressor/NFA Subreddits</div></li><li><div>
YouTube content and comments featuring our products and services</div></li><li><div>
Industry forums, like Snipers Hide and AR15</div></li></ul></li><li>
Monitor and respond to product and service reviews on SilencerCentral.com and third-party review sites.</li><li>
Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice and tone in all online interactions with customers.</li><li>
Gather feedback and trend themes and sentiment to inform the organization&rsquo;s Voice of the Customer strategy and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of the customer experience.</li><li>
Gather, analyze and report on customer review data as governed by the organization&rsquo;s Voice of the Customer strategy.</li><li>
Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to align on sales leads and service recovery pathways.</li><li>
Partner with Marketing to align with content strategies and create and curate relevant content to engage and grow the Silencer Central community.</li><li>
Maintain a deep understanding of Silencer Central&rsquo;s products, services, policies/procedures, vision, and mission.</li></ul>
<div>Supervisory Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Provide day-to-day guidance, task direction, and prioritization for social media and community support team members to ensure timely, high-quality engagement.</li><li>
Review and provide feedback on community responses and social engagement to ensure alignment with brand voice, compliance standards, and escalation protocols.</li><li>
Support onboarding, training, and knowledge development for team members responsible for social and community interactions.</li><li>
Serve as an escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk community interactions and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders as needed.</li><li>
Participate in performance-related activities, including goal setting, coaching conversations, and input into performance evaluations.</li><li>
Identify process gaps and recommend workflow or staffing improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer experience across social and community channels. 
</li></ul>Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, journalism, or communications is required.</li><li>
3-5 years of community management, social media strategy, customer service, or related experience is required.</li><li>
Experience with Meta, Google, and TrustPilot required. Knowledge of reputation monitoring and review management platforms like Brand24 and BirdEye preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of and passion for hunting and shooting sports and/or firearms required.</li><li>
Candidate must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Ideal candidate is empathetic, friendly, and outgoing and is also a critical thinker with good judgement and problem-solving ability.</li><li>

The Finance Business Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining, administering, and governing finance and accounting processes, and will support the planning, design, and continuous improvement of financial workflows and systems. In addition, the Finance Business Analyst will perform system testing and configuration tasks, fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs by designing and developing reports, and serve as the subject matter expert in financial processes and systems. Success in this role will require strong collaboration with the Finance &amp; Analytics, Accounting, and Technology teams to effectively support and enhance financial systems and operations.
Job Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions<ul><li>
Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, enabling the optimization of workflows and the enhancement of operational efficiency, scalability, and flexibility</li><li>
Partner with business stakeholders to define financial data requirements, database fields, and specialized querying needs that support financial initiatives</li><li>
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions that deliver relevant, accurate, and user-friendly business insights</li><li>
Implement approved updates and enhancements across multiple financial systems</li><li>
Collaborate with finance and accounting leaders to develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards that accurately reflect operational results</li><li>
Adhere to reporting best practices, including creating, updating, and testing reports while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties across environments</li><li>
Report on the status of ongoing projects and outstanding reporting requests to ensure transparency and alignment</li><li>
Assist the Technology team by contributing to test plan creation, testing new controls, implementing updates, and supporting continuous process improvements</li><li>
Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes, changes, controls, and procedures</li><li>
Train and onboard new users on financial tools by providing guidance, support, and training materials for new and existing system functionality</li><li>
Perform other duties as needed to support the Finance &amp; Analytics and Accounting departments</li></ul>
Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or Information Systems required</li><li>
Prior work experience in finance or accounting-related fields preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes</li><li>
Strong technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate issues and propose effective solutions</li><li>
Ability to lead, collaborate on, and coordinate process and system improvements across multiple business units, channels and departments</li><li>
