Guidelines:</div><div>
1. Audit all production lines for all applicable Quality checks</div><div>
2. Place suspect product on hold and audit suspect product using AQL inspections as required.</div><div>
3. Perform GDP audits and file all production documents.</div><div>
4. Sample and perform quality checks during production and qualification runs</div><div>
5. Use all measuring devices and perform quality tests properly to produce results to assist production decision making. Quality test equipment includes but is not limited to the following: Calipers, height gauges, automatic non-contact dimensional measurement equipment, layer analysis microscope, wall thickness equipment, force gauges, drop impact tester, automatic bottle fill equipment, vacuum test equipment, optical comparator and spectrophotometer.</div><div>
6. Read and understand drawings and spec sheets.</div><div>
7. Analysis of data and accurate data entry into spreadsheets or SPC system.</div><div>
8. Communicate quality concerns to management and supervisor.</div><div>
9. Perform challenge tests of vision and leak detect systems.</div><div>
10. Calibrate lab equipment as necessary.</div><div>
11. Enters of data via computer</div><div>
12. Must follow and enforce Silgan Safety, Quality and GMP policies.</div><div></div><div>

Quality Assurance M-F 7A-3:30P

<div><ul><li>Trim, inspect and pack containers or parts on line 1</li><li>
Taking the 95-gallon trash cans in the production floor to the compactor to be emptied and bringing them back to the production floor once they have been emptied.</li><li>
Inspects and packs bottles on assigned lines, repack area or during rework activities.</li><li>
Monitor production for quality defects and promptly inform the operator and/or supervisor of any issues.</li><li>
Correctly apply tickets to finished packages.</li><li>
Read and understand the job discrete pick list. Ensure compliance on assigned line.</li><li>
Fill in required data on exception reports and any pack/inspection sheets as required.</li><li>
Start, stop, reset and clear jams on auxiliary equipment such as bottle conveyors, sleeve labeler, box maker, labeler, flame treater, leak tester, etc.</li><li>
Complete assigned housekeeping duties in areas of responsibility.</li><li>
Complete employee safety observation forms and report hazards as necessary.</li><li>
Participate in monthly safety and/or quality meetings.</li><li>
Adhere to Silgan safety policies.</li><li>
Empty reject bins and grind scrap as necessary.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><div></div><div>

<div><ul><li>Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.<ul><li>
Must wear PPE to avoid cuts when entering the machine</li><li>
Must be aware of surroundings at all times</li></ul></li><li>

Trouble shoot equipment</li><li>
Perform PM&rsquo;s with out supervision</li><li>
Communicate with the Maintenance lead</li><li>
Be proficient with all measuring tools</li><li>
Be proficient with all hand tools.</li><li>
Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.</li><li>
Posses some basic skills with welding, milling machine, and lathe</li><li>
Posses the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment.</li><li>
Posses the skills to understand and follow directions from his or her supervisor</li><li>
