Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Source and screen candidates for HO, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Store roles.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/ASMs/RMs and issue offer letters.</li><li>Complete joining documentation (Aadhar, PAN, bank, education, experience).</li><li>Conduct HR induction and ensure smooth onboarding.</li></ul>Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Track attendance via Truein/biometric system for HO/Warehouse/Production and EBO stores.</li><li>Monitor absenteeism, leaves, and late comings.</li><li>Share accurate monthly attendance &amp; incentive data with payroll team.</li><li>Support payroll processing and resolve employee salary queries.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR records.</li><li>Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, transfer, warning, confirmation, relieving).</li><li>Manage probation confirmations and contract renewals.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party vendor Quess for NAPS staff.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Support PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory reporting.</li><li>Assist in handling HR audits and inspections.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Grievances<ul><li>Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, and payroll.</li><li>Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Contribute to employee engagement initiatives at HO and stores.</li></ul>Exit Management<ul><li>Process resignations and notice period adherence.</li><li>Coordinate F&amp;F settlement with payroll.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and track attrition data.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, and payroll support.</li><li>Understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel &amp; HRMS/ERP (LOGIC ERP preferred).</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication &amp; problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR operations experience (retail/apparel industry preferred)</li><li>Experience in multi-location workforce management is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per month
