Summary: 

The Manager of Provider Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruitment operations while actively managing a portfolio of critical requisitions. This role operates as a strategic leader, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct recruitment execution to support organizational growth across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.
The Manager of Provider Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition ensures recruitment processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned with the organization&rsquo;s mission, culture, and strategic workforce goals. The role partners closely with service line leaders, operational leadership, HR, and marketing to attract and hire high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Essential Functions:
Recruitment Operations &amp; Team Leadership (Manager &ndash; ~50%)
<ul><li>Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure consistent hiring processes across departments and service lines</li><li>Manage recruiter workload distribution and requisition assignments to ensure timely hiring outcomes</li><li>Mentor, coach, and develop recruiters to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership</li><li>Monitor recruiter performance and establish accountability through hiring metrics and performance standards</li><li>Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, interview practices, and candidate experience guidelines</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare employment regulations related to hiring practices</li><li>Partner with HR leadership and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs and

<ul><li>Maintain recruitment documentation, hiring policies, and process standards</li></ul></div>
Recruitment Execution (Recruiter &ndash; ~50%)
<ul><li><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including clinical, operational, and administrative roles</li><li>Support primary care and specialty care physician and advanced practice provider recruitment in coordination with operational and physician leadership</li><li>Source candidates using multiple channels including direct outreach, job boards, professional associations, and referrals</li><li>Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process</li><li>Lead offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate closing strategies</li><li>Ensure smooth candidate transitions from recruitment to onboarding in partnership with HR operations</li><li>Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and professional recruitment events</li></ul></li>

Strategic Recruitment &amp; Employer Branding
<ul><li>Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organization&rsquo;s mission, vision, culture, and service offerings to effectively represent the organization to candidates</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment campaigns, job advertisements, and employer branding materials</li><li>Build relationships with professional associations, training programs, and academic institutions to strengthen talent pipelines</li><li>Stay current on healthcare workforce trends, industry regulations, and recruitment best practices</li></ul>
Recruitment Analytics &amp; Systems Management
<ul><li>Track and report key recruitment metrics including:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Time-to-fill</li>
<li>Cost-per-hire</li>
<li>Candidate pipeline health</li>
<li>Source effectiveness</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li>
<li>Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency</li>
<li>Provide regular recruitment reports and workforce updates to HR and operational leadership</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul> <li>5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare</li>
 <li>2+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams preferred</li>
 <li>Experience recruiting clinical roles such as physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or medical staff strongly preferred</li>
 <li>Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics, Greenhouse experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

<li><ul><li>Ability to manage both strategic leadership responsibilities and hands-on recruiting activity</li></ul></li>
