About usOur work environment includes:<ul><li>Work-from-home days</li><li>Casual work attire</li><li>Relaxed atmosphere</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for a part-time or full time IT support person to: - Manage our Apple Business Manager - Possible Microsoft 365 migration - Assist with upcoming ERP implementation- Assist in designing marketing materials, packaging materials- Potential opportunities in video editing and content creation- Potential opportunities to work on several e-commerce platforms-This role is critical to the success of our organization, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can provide top-notch support to our staff.**Responsibilities**- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues- Manage and maintain computer networks, including configuring routers and switches- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls and access controls- Utilize Computer Management tools to monitor and troubleshoot system performance**Experience**- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field is prefered- Strong background in computer networking and hardware management- Experience with computer management and help desk software- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.- Experience with editing photo and video.- Familiarity with design principles like balance and contrast- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Tik Tok Shop Seller CentralJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 &ndash; 40 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Gaithersburg, MD 20879 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Gaithersburg, MD 20879: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gaithersburg, MD 20879
