What You'll Do:
The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager plays a key role in amplifying GracoRoberts value proposition as the largest, fastest, and most technical aerospace specialty chemicals distributor in the world. He/she will support the day-to-day digital marketing and data-driven activities for the GracoRoberts family of brands (GRFB) in support of company goals.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 yr
Location: Carson, CA
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop, execute and optimize integrated paid, earned, and owned digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. 
</li><li>
Manage campaign setup, UTM tagging, tracking, and performance reporting in HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</li><li>
Implement A/B tests, track/report and analyze results, and continuously improve campaign performance based on insights and KPIs</li><li>
Plan, develop, and publish organic and paid content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging B2B platforms</li><li>
Develop long and short-form videos, reels, and graphics that increase engagement and brand reach</li><li>
Develop and update content across brand websites to ensure accuracy, SEO compliance, and consistent user experience</li><li>
Develop technical thought leadership content (blog posts, landing pages, white papers, case studies, news stories, industry articles) in collaboration with internal subject matter experts in a clear, engaging way</li></ul>
Required skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 
</li><li>
7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting</li><li>
Paid media buying experience is required.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Module (email and social media) and AI platforms for research, marketing content development</li><li>
Experience with design/video editing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut</li><li>
Experience with analytics and media buying tools: HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, LLMs</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms</li></ul>
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
