Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models based on sketches, drawings, and specifications provided by designers and architects.</li><li>Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renderings and animations that showcase designs in an engaging manner.</li><li>Visualization: Develop photorealistic images that accurately represent materials, lighting, and environments</li><li>Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.</li><li>Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.</li><li>Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.</li><li>Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Rendering, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Interior design: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
