Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide client care according to the Plan of Care</li><li>
Assist client with personal care and hygiene</li><li>
Light housekeeping and meal preparation</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion</li><li>
Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends</li><li>
Current CPR/First Aid certification</li><li>
Physical and 2 Step PPD</li><li>
Able to lift, position, and transfer patient</li><li>
Experience operating a Hoyer lift</li><li>

If you are purpose-driven and looking to start your career in health care, we provide a 2-week HHA Certification Course (In person, M/T/TH/F 9am-4pm). The course itself is FREE, and you'll get a free bag at the end! After your first 500 hours of employment, your certificate will be released to you. Join our team and take the first step towards a career in care!

Instructor-Lead Course:<ul><li>
Each classroom day with be split between lecture and skills</li><li>
You will be assigned homework that is required to be completed</li><li>
On Wednesdays, you have the option of an additional open lab to get your skills ready</li><li>
Each Friday, you will be tested on your skills through skills competency sign-offs and tests</li></ul>
At the completion of the two-week course and orientation, you will be ready to pick up shifts and help those in our community! In addition, this course offers Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training that would prepare you with the skills to care for those with behavioral and mental health needs.
