With Silver Mirror, you are joining a dynamic work environment with long-term growth potential and strong earnings opportunities.As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Analyze, consult and perform high-quality facials in a professional setting</li><li>Maintain a neat and sanitized station</li><li>Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients</li><li>Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients</li><li>Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives</li><li>Execute services to Silver Mirror standards</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Valid and current District of Colombia Esthetician license</li><li>Deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare and products</li><li>Consistently deliver remarkable customer service</li><li>Able to utilize new techniques and ideas</li><li>Able to meet with performance goals and sales requirements</li><li>Schedule flexibility required including nights and weekends</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills</li></ul>SHIFTSWe are looking to fill weekday shifts and weekend shifts.
