- Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost-benefit analysis, and present to the management. - Handle end-to-end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers. - Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time. - Transfer excess dead stock to other sites. - Create Relationships with vendors by finding out their performance from the market and undertaking joint - Improvement projects with them. - Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits. - Creating strong networking within and outside the organization. - Continuous monitoring, review &amp; taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets. - Purchase the right quality at the right cost.
