If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, excel at problem-solving, and enjoy supporting clients and attorneys in a non-litigation environment, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, providing updates and answering inquiries with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>Handle mail clerk duties, including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Keep our attorneys organized by managing schedules, maintaining files, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a dynamic tax law practice.</li><li>Assist with reviewing IRS notices, interpreting their contents, and effectively communicating key details to staff.</li><li>Utilize a strong working knowledge of Excel to manage financial data, quickly interpret tax return information, and support attorneys with financial figures.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems.</li><li>Solid understanding of Excel, with the ability to handle spreadsheets and financial data efficiently.</li><li>Quick learner with an aptitude for grasping tax return details and financial information.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.</li><li>Experience in a legal, tax, or administrative role is a plus, but we&rsquo;re open to training a motivated candidate with the right skill set.</li></ul>Please Note:This position does not involve litigation work. If you&rsquo;re seeking litigation experience, this role may not be the best fit for you.
