<b>Silver Tree Residential </b>is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Facilities Technician to join our progressively growing team. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and/or Facilities Director and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.<br>

<b>Summary of Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Working with Directors in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.</li>
<li>Inspecting, scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Directors.</li>
<li>Capable of dealing effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors and co-workers.</li>
<li>Satisfying work orders promptly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators. Some familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry is required.</li>
<li>Assist in the make ready process of vacant apartments to get them ready for new move-ins in a timely and detail-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Prior property maintenance experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Must have his/her own tools.</li>
<li>A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation is strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><div>Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience. It is essential that the Facilities Technician report to work at his/her regularly scheduled work hours, and have the physical capability to walk all around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and otherwise perform a variety of physical tasks regularly and as needed.<br>
