SCOPE OF THE ROLE:Responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and people engagement while serving as the primary point of contact for all People and Culture functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>General HR Operations:</li></ul>Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring accurate documentation and policy compliance.<ul><li>Employee Health Benefits &amp; Insurance:</li></ul>Handle employee health insurance and other benefits including enrolment, renewals, and claims. Ensure timely communication with employees about their benefits.<ul><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management:</li></ul>Maintain daily attendance records and manage the annual leave and leave tracking system efficiently.<ul><li>Visa Coordination &amp; PRO Support:</li></ul>Provide employee documents and required data to the PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure timely follow-up and confirmation of visa statuses.<ul><li>Employee Grievance Handling:</li></ul>Act as a first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, addressing issues in a professional and confidential manner.<ul><li>Employee Records Management:</li></ul>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical. Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.<ul><li>Salary Advance Tracker:</li></ul>Maintain and regularly update the salary advance tracker and ensure proper records and approvals are in place.<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Hiring:</li></ul>Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to fulfil staffing requirements.<ul><li>HR Compliance:</li></ul>Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company policies. Assist in audits and documentation as required.<ul><li>HR Documentation:</li></ul>Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and other related documents as required.<ul><li>People and Culture Engagement:</li></ul>Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Act as a People and Culture ambassador for all employees by supporting engagement activities and employee wellbeing initiatives.<ul><li>Employee Relations &amp; Culture:</li></ul>Act as a People and Culture representative for all employees. Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.Accountability:<ul><li>Ensuring timely and proper execution of all HR operations</li><li>Accurate maintenance of attendance and leave records</li><li>Timely and error-free handling of employee health insurance and benefits</li><li>Maintaining updated salary advance and leave trackers</li><li>Providing accurate and complete employee data to the PRO</li><li>Addressing and documenting employee grievances appropriately</li><li>Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently</li><li>Acting as a People and Culture representative to promote staff wellbeing and engagement</li></ul>Authority:<ul><li>Authorized to coordinate directly with external vendors (insurance, recruitment agencies, etc.) under HR supervision</li><li>Authorized to communicate employee-related data to the PRO as required for legal/visa processing</li><li>May escalate employee-related matters to Management when necessary.</li><li>ERP data addition and editing</li><li>Document Verifications</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Only candidates available for immediate joining will be considered</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources (MBA) or an equivalent degree is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred</li><li>Proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is essential</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR &amp; Administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English &amp; Hindi (Required)</li></ul>
