WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The People Consultant at SimCorp, at the IC3 grade, is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key HR services to employees across the organization. With typically 5-7 years of experience in HR or people services, this role involves assisting with core HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll inquiries, and general employee support. The People Consultant works closely with the People Service Delivery team to ensure HR processes are efficiently executed, ensuring a positive employee experience and effective resolution of HR-related issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
<ul><li>Running the annual bonus cycle in Workday, acting as the process lead and/or backup for related activities
</li><li>Providing cover for the merit process when necessary, ensuring smooth execution and data integrity
</li><li>Supporting commission processes , including letter creation and distribution and accuracy checks
</li><li>Performing ad hoc project support , such as data uploads and enrollment preparations.
</li><li>Updating and maintaining Job Profiles, Compensation Plans, and Benefits in Workday, with ongoing updates throughout the year
</li><li>Acting as the point of contact for compensation and other HR data requests , including location analysis and other reporting needs
</li><li>Preparing reporting and analytics to support decision-making and compliance.
</li><li>Ensuring Workday data quality , maintaining user guides, and supporting system documentation
</li><li>Assisting with compliance and audit activities , including accuracy checks and documentation reviews.

To introduce our software to our clients, business consultants are essential to us.
As an expert on Alternative Investments Senior Business Consultant, you will contribute to development of our market unit's knowledge in the Alternative Investments Service line and contributing to achieve customer satisfaction and driving our client's projects to success.
You will normally be working full-time on implementation projects, which require your special expertise in the financial instruments area, and you will be responsible for all aspects of the project stream.
You will act as an important sparring partner for your clients and proactively manage, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed.

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our EMEA Consulting Services team which strives for consulting excellency, efficiency in configuration and standardization, knowledge sharing and collaboration across divisions and market units.
You will be part of the IBOR Service Line: We provide SimCorp Dimension&reg; clients with an Investment Book of Record (IBOR) to enable investment decision based on accurate consolidated positions and valuations in real-time and thereby help them to grow their business. The IBOR team is responsible for implementation of the IBOR foundation, financial instruments and the following solutions in SimCorp Dimension&reg;: Reconciliation, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Cash &amp; Securities and Collateral Management.
As part of your induction you will be &lsquo;hands-on&rsquo; in our software system and attend the three-weeks&rsquo; SimCorp Dimension&reg; Academy.
What you will be responsible for
Then you will take over a range of tasks in a project team:
