 Who We're Looking For:

 Graduates of
 
 Graphic Design

 programs, with a strong visual sense,

 <li>
 Skilled in
 
 Blender, Maya, 3DS Max
 
 or similar 3D modelling and animation tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced with tools like
 
 Photoshop
 
 ,
 
 Premiere Pro
 
 ,
 
 Substance Painter (PBR)
 
 ,
 
 Rizom UV
 
 ,
 
 ZBrush
 
 ,
 
 Marvelous Designer
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to interpret technical drawings and work with
 
 CAD models
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in
 
 retopology
 
 and
 
 model optimization
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of creating
 
 detailed, realistic, and to-scale 3D models
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 UV mapping
 
 ,
 
 texturing
 
 , and
 
 material creation
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in
 
 low- and high-poly modelling
 
 of environments, buildings, terrain, and solid surfaces,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable in
 
 character and organic modelling
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to seamlessly integrate assets into
 
 game engines
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in building
 
 VR scenes
 
 and adjusting lighting for realism and atmosphere,
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to learning, solution-oriented, and a strong team player,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 English
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 For male candidates: military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.,
