Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Co-Marketing</b></h4><ul><li>
Own the marketing relationship for a portfolio of strategic partners (IAM platforms, cybersecurity vendors, and key channel partners).</li><li>
Develop joint marketing plans including campaigns, digital programs, events, webinars, and content initiatives aligned with Simeio&rsquo;s growth priorities.</li><li>
Create co-branded collateral, joint value propositions, and enablement materials that articulate shared solutions and differentiation.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with revenue goals and partnership strategies.</li><li>
Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and partner MDF (Market Development Funds).</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Partner Enablement</b></h4><ul><li>
Support the growth of Simeio&rsquo;s Partner Program through scalable frameworks, playbooks, and templates.</li><li>
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for commercial partner managers.</li><li>
Deliver consistent communications and updates to partners and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Integrated GTM Motions</b></h4><ul><li>
Collaborate with regional and field marketing to integrate partners into North America GTM initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with event teams to execute joint field and event activations (conferences, roadshows, webinars).</li><li>
Create processes for knowledge sharing, best practices, and performance reporting across marketing and alliances.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Who You Are</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience in B2B partner, alliance, or channel marketing (preferably in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise tech).</li><li>
Proven success in executing joint co-marketing campaigns with measurable revenue impact.</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.</li><li>
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.</li><li>
Data-driven, with experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>
Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>
Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Nice-to-Haves</b></h4><ul><li>
Knowledge of IAM and cybersecurity markets.</li><li>

Partnership Marketing Manager

<div>A Managing Director (MD) at Simeio is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, operations, and growth of a regional set of large strategic accounts in the Southeast of the United States.<br>

In this role, you will provide direction and guidance for teams, ensure successful project delivery and cultivate high-level client relationships. This role reports to executive leadership.<br>

<b>Key responsibilities</b><ul><li>
Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients</li><li>
Business development: Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business and expand the firm's client portfolio.</li><li>
Client relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership, acting as a long-term trusted advisor. Responsible for client satisfaction.</li><li>
Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers for a defined region within Simeio</li><li>
Be a leader in the end-to-end business/deal cycle with Simeio customers. This can encompass everything from initial opportunity gathering sessions, complex negotiations, stakeholder management, scoping/pricing and advisory related projects.</li></ul><b>
Project oversight</b><ul><li>
Provide senior leadership on consulting projects to ensure high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. This includes setting strategic direction and overseeing execution.</li></ul><b>
Operational leadership</b><ul><li>
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including resource allocation, financial management, and setting performance targets. This will be done in collaboration with global delivery service leaders both in North America and offshore in India</li></ul><b>
Team leadership and mentorship</b><ul><li>
Work closely with the delivery teams within defined accounts to further develop best practices, roadmaps and overall account plans.</li><li>
In collaboration with your project teams, organizational peers, talent acquisition and resource management team &ndash; work to make sure we have the right resources, at the right time, at the right price, readily deployable.</li></ul><b>
Organizational leadership</b><ul><li>
Participate in strategic decisions and represent Simeio in high-level negotiations, stakeholder meetings, public events and showcase thought leadership to the market of Simeio&rsquo;s expertise.</li></ul><b>
Key Skills -</b><ul><li>
Managing Director needs to have extensive deep Identity Management (IAM) and security expertise.</li><li>
You should have working knowledge of multiple facets of the IAM landscape which can include IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM etc.<br>
You should be able to demonstrate where you have led both project teams and growth/revenue streams in your day-to-day accountabilities</li><li>
At least 15 years&rsquo; professional experience.</li><li>
Ideally you will have advanced down a path from roles like business analyst to consultant, manager, and senior manager before reaching the director level.</li></ul><br>

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and exceptional leadership skills.</li><li>
