This paid position offers a flexible, remote collaboration with a long-term partnership opportunity, where your contributions directly influence our growth in the U.S. market.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-person user visits and in-depth interviews across LA and nearby cities to gather insights on local culture, shopping habits, and lifestyle trends</li><li>Translate research findings into actionable brand communication strategies that align with local market needs&mdash;across social content, e-commerce operations, and brand voice</li><li>Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook; handle ongoing communication and post-campaign performance reviewss</li><li>Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics to inform future efforts</li><li>Engage directly with customers by responding to DMs and comments, helping to understand buyer needs and manage community feedback</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>experience in user research, market research, fashion/e-commerce/retail, or a related field</li><li>Comfortable with frequent travel within the greater LA area and surrounding regions</li><li>Deep understanding of the LA market&mdash;its cultural nuances, diverse communities, and consumer behavior</li><li>Outgoing, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through</li><li>A natural eye for fashion, trends, and what resonates with local audiences</li><li>Solid understanding of how social platforms work, and a genuine ease in building connections with people</li></ul>Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
