Simmons Field Solutions specializes in design, installation, maintenance, and repair of sports fields.Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Crew MemberDuties: -&middot; Service Residential &amp; Commercial Customers with lawn maintenance services including; mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and raking&middot; Ability to operate and maintain all equipment needed to care for customers lawns&middot; Properly track all services provided to each customers to ensure accurate billing&middot; Drive and safely operate company vehicles &amp; equipment&middot; Collaborate with other maintenance crew members to ensure efficiency of services&middot; Completes all tasks within expected timeline&middot; Participate as member of Snow Removal Team during Winter Season&middot; Other duties assignedRequirements:- Previous lawn maintenance experience required&middot; Adhere to all Simmons Landscaping Company Policy&rsquo;s&middot; Ability to track work and services electronically&middot; Experience with a variety of hand tools that includes but no limited to; chippers, chain saws, mowers, edgers, clippers, rakes, and hedge trimmers&middot; Strong communication skills for both customers and co-workers&middot; Strong work ethic, positive attitude to provide quality work and customer service&middot; Being on time and ready to begin work each dayDesire to learn and improve with a growing companyJoin our team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member and contribute to our growing company's success.
