Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintenance &amp; Operations: Oversee daily upkeep, repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and scheduled maintenance of facilities and grounds.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Contract Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage external contractors for services like cleaning, security, catering, and IT.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, national, and industry health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and inspections.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Cost Control: Manage facilities budgets, track expenses, pay invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., energy efficiency).</li><li>Project Management: Plan and oversee renovations, refurbishments, office moves, and new installations.</li><li>Staff Supervision: Lead and direct on-site maintenance, custodial, and security teams.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Align facility services with organizational goals, supporting employee well-being and business continuity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
