 How You Will Create An Impact

 Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team up with our consultants, UX designer and technical experts to develop innovative software solution concepts for our clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be involved from the start by understanding the client&rsquo;s needs, identifying synergies with existing solutions, and determining project scopes and estimates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible for developing and managing lifecycles of your low-code software solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use your skills to design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web-based applications based on research and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dive into crafting personalized UI analytics dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure that user experience is in focus of all our applications. Having frontend experience (e.g. Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc&hellip;) is definitely a plus.

 About You
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have a bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree (computer science, or a related field) and three years of professional experience in software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing applications using the OutSystems low-code platform, with a strong understanding of best practices, architecture, and performance optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience working both independently and in collaborative, professional development team environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery, responsive UI design with modern CSS, and collaboration with UX/UI designers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience contributing to multiple projects from scratch and writing code independently without relying on AI assistants like Co-pilot.
 </li>
 <li>
 You demonstrate strong ownership, provide constructive feedback, and aren&rsquo;t afraid to take risks or explore alternative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus if you have experience translating Figma designs into applications, conducting browser and mobile device testing, working with HighCharts, and using a variety of software tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a strong drive to learn, grow, and continuously improve your skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
 </li>

 You write and maintain valuable unit tests, work confidently with object-oriented code structures, and code effectively without relying on AI co-pilots.

 You have the technical expertise needed to create and consume Rest APIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience both building projects from scratch and maintaining and improving existing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 You demonstrate strong ownership, provide constructive feedback, and aren&rsquo;t afraid to take risks or explore alternative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus if you have experience with database management (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL), integrating AI models, and documenting logical workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a strong drive to learn, grow, and continuously improve your skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
