<ul><li>You will be an integral part of project teams driving top-line growth for clients, mainly across UK and Netherlands projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for the core stages of model development, including:Data wrangling and pre-processingMachine learning model development, testing, and implementation.</li>
<li>You will analyze and communicate data insights to project teams to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>The internship offers an opportunity to learn about commercial strategy consulting in a practical, project-based environment.</li>
<li>Top-performing interns may be offered an entry-level Data Scientist position after completion of the internship.</li>
</ul></div><div><b>Your profile:</b><br>
<ul><li>You have completed both your VWO and bachelor's degree with above-average study results in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, statistics, operational research, data science, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, statistical modelling, and NLP techniques.</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in R and/or Python, with experience in NLP libraries and frameworks.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights.</li>
<li>High percentile numerical, deductive, and inductive reasoning skills.</li>
<li>A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, commercially agile environment.</li>
<li>A keen interest in commercial strategy and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong enthusiasm, curiosity, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.</li>
</ul></div></div><p>Internships within the Data Science team usually last around 4 to 6 months and are designed to expose individuals to working on client projects. Interns can expect responsibility from the outset as a valued member of the project team. Throughout your time at Simon-Kucher, you will contribute to analysis and results and can benefit from working alongside experienced Consultants, Directors, and Partners. To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled at a university and able to work from our Amsterdam office during the internship period.<br>
