Part-Time Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary (Litigation &amp; eCourts Experience Required)Simon Law Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in litigation support and working within the New Jersey eCourts system.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Filing and managing court documents through eCourts.</li><li>Assisting attorneys with litigation preparation and case management.</li><li>Drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents.</li><li>Maintaining case files and calendars.</li><li>Providing administrative support as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience as a legal assistant/legal secretary or paralegal, with a focus on litigation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the New Jersey eCourts filing system.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-Time: Up to 25 hours per week.</li><li>Flexible scheduling available.</li><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience.</li><li>Position located in Somerville, NJ office.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Litigation: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
