Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.</p>

You're a Strong Fit if You Have</b></h3><ul><li>1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong computer and data entry skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred</li></ul>
