<div><b>Job Summary:</b></div><div>
The Breast Radiologist is a critical member of SimonMed Imaging&rsquo;s subspecialty radiology team, focused on delivering high-quality diagnostic breast imaging and image-guided procedures. This role exists to support early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer and related conditions while providing an exceptional patient experience. The radiologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary breast care team and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Duties:</b></div><div>
Interpret screening and diagnostic 2D/3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.</div><div>
Communicate diagnostic findings effectively with referring providers and patients when appropriate.</div><div>
Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, including tumor boards and case reviews.</div><div>
Contribute to protocol development and quality assurance in compliance with ACR and MQSA guidelines.</div><div>
Ensure timely report turnaround and high standards of patient care.</div><div>
Stay current with emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices in breast imaging.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Education and Experience:</b></div><div>
MD or DO with completion of a radiology residency and fellowship in breast imaging or women&rsquo;s imaging.</div><div>
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent).</div><div>
Minimum 2 years of post-training experience preferred; recent fellowship graduates considered.</div><div>
Experience with high-volume outpatient or hybrid imaging settings preferred.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div><div>
Advanced proficiency in mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI interpretation.</div><div>
Skilled in performing a range of breast biopsies and localizations.</div><div>
Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems (experience with Philips and Inteal Rad preferred).</div><div>
Understanding of ACR, BI-RADS, and MQSA compliance standards.</div><div>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and referring providers.</div><div>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.</div><div>
Passion for patient-centered care, innovation, and clinical quality.</div></div><div></div>
