In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. 
 
Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.</li><li>
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.</li><li>
Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.</li><li>
At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)</li><li>
Cold Calling/Prospecting experience</li><li>
Customer service oriented.</li><li>
Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.</li><li>
Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.</li><li>
Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset</li><li>
Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.</li><li>
Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.</li><li>
Authorized to work in the US.</li></ul>
Benefits:<ul><li>
Generous base salary of $60,000 per year and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses.</li><li>
Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.</li><li>
