</b></p></div><div><p>In the role of Manager, Operations you will lead our dedicated onsite service team of production supervisors to consistently exceed established goals and demonstrate a commitment to customers and a dedication to excellence and innovation.
</p></div><div><p><b>Location: </b>Litchfield Park, AZ
</p></div><div><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li>Supervise day-to-day activities of the associates at the site
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Supervise the shift including shift meetings, safety topics, and tracking production
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee associate job performance and train to address performance issues
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure that a safety program is developed and implemented by the team at the site
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build and maintain strong client relationship
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all at the site are compliant with interviewing, orientation, and payroll policies
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Track recruiting information and financial forecasting
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analyze recruiting data and prepare reports on data
</li></ul></div><div><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, experience in Supply Management or Logistics
</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, and distribution
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>2+ years of supervisory experience
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to solve complex problems, including finance
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exceptional attention to detail
</li></ul></div><div><p><b>Salary Range: </b>$64,913.08 - $81,141.35 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
