The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers</li><li>Explain products or services clearly and confidently</li><li>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions</li><li>Generate and qualify leads for the sales team</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets</li><li>Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records</li><li>Handle customer objections professionally</li><li>Update CRM or call logs regularly</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with customers</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum qualification: Any Graduate</li><li>Good verbal communication skills in English and local language</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Fresher or 0&ndash;2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales</li><li>Prior sales or call center experience is an added advantage</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems</li><li>Strong convincing and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work with targets and under pressure</li><li>Customer-focused and positive attitude</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;240,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
