We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join as our HR Operations Executive. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. 70% of your time will be spent supporting the operational aspect, and 30% is generalist-focused and is ideal for someone with prior experience who enjoys structure, ownership, and working closely with people.How would your day look like<ul><li>Audit documents shared by candidates to ensure alignment with the information provided during hiring</li><li>Run and coordinate reference checks</li><li>Maintain accuracy across people-related data and records</li><li>Support hiring and onboarding processes end-to-end</li><li>Support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle processes</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders on people-related queries</li><li>Observe, understand, and support people's behaviour within teams</li></ul>You must:<ul><li>Have prior experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar role</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams</li><li>Be comfortable multitasking and managing priorities independently</li><li>Practice active listening and follow-through</li></ul>You are likely to enjoy this role if you:<ul><li>Like working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment</li><li>Learn best by doing and taking responsibility</li><li>Are curious about people, workplace dynamics, and organizational behavior</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
