Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional maintenance, repair, and installation services across a variety of systems. Join us to be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and customer satisfaction through proactive field service.Duties<ul><li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on boilers, air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other mechanical components to prevent breakdowns</li><li>Install new HVAC/R equipment following detailed specifications and safety protocols</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively</li><li>Conduct field service visits to client sites for appliance repairs, property maintenance tasks, and system upgrades</li><li>Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inspection reports for all performed tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing or related mechanical systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and equipment repair techniques</li><li>Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R certifications preferred</li><li>Mechanical knowledge including boiler operation, welding skills, and general maintenance procedures</li><li>Ability to operate a vehicle safely for field service assignments</li><li>Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshooting electrical issues</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field under minimal supervision</li></ul>Join our team as a Service Technician if you&rsquo;re eager to apply your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact operational efficiency.
