Job Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Contracting / ConstructionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily financial transactions and full accounting work in Quickbooks and Excel(AP/AR, bank reconciliation, General ledger, Petty Cash, Sales etc. with proper accounting documentation)</li><li>Prepare payable and Cheque vouchers</li><li>Prepare financial reports and project cost reports</li><li>Manage Cash flow and Assist in budgeting</li><li>Handle and process WPS payroll, VAT/tax filing, and compliance with local regulations</li><li>Handle and monitor Petty Cash</li><li>Manage filing systems (manual and electronic) for contracts, invoices, and project documents</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and suppliers</li><li>Other tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting/construction company</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, or ERP systems)</li><li>Knowledge of VAT and local financial regulations</li><li>Strong Accounting and MS Office skills (Excel, Word,)</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including drafting letters</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits: AED 5,000Pay: From AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
