Job Description: Manager &ndash; Finance &amp; Accounts (CFS Operations)Location: Tuticorin Department: Accounts &amp; FinanceRole OverviewThe Finance &amp; Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the CFS unit. The role involves managing customer/vendor accounts, monitoring credit limits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audits. The candidate will also prepare MIS/KPI reports, forecast revenue/costs, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Act as the Management Accountant for the Business Unit.</li><li>Verify vendor bills including rates, terms, agreements, POs, receipts, TDS, GST, and approvals.</li><li>Prepare and manage weekly cash flow statements and control expenditures.</li><li>Assist in preparing budgets, P&amp;L statements, and balance sheets as per Ind AS &amp; IFRS.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.</li><li>Conduct periodic customer/vendor balance confirmations.</li><li>Prepare provisions, accrual entries, and participate in month-end closing.</li><li>Perform GL scrutiny, reconciliation, and MIS closing entries.</li><li>Monitor daily revenue in coordination with the operations team.</li><li>Support in preparing monthly MIS reports and statutory year-end accounts.</li><li>Finalize provisions, accruals, and perform P&amp;L and inter-branch reconciliations.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.</li><li>Handle inter-company transactions and closing balances.</li><li>Manage funds for daily operational requirements.</li><li>Maintain accuracy in financial records and ensure timely reporting.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>CA qualified with 4&ndash;10 years of post-qualification experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, Ind AS &amp; IFRS.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written &amp; verbal).</li><li>Strong commercial and business acumen.</li><li>Deadline-driven with strong time management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,050.81 - &#8377;58,245.17 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CA with post-qualification: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>CFS revenue: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Manager Finance & Accounts

The Executive Air Operations is responsible for handling day-to-day air export and import operations,ensuring smooth coordination with airlines, clients, and internal teams.
