We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role involves ensuring that all works are executed in line with design, specifications, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress reports, and site documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues.</li><li>Supervise installation works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes.</li><li>Prepare material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.</li><li>Assist in project cost control, quantity take-offs, and procurement schedules.</li><li>Ensure proper handover and close-out documentation at project completion</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.</li><li>Excellent project coordination and site supervision skills.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driving license (Preferred)</li></ul>
