<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements and define scalable digital solutions</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance on PIM, DAM, MDM, and overall data architecture strategies</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimisation across client technology ecosystems</li>
<li>Maintain project quality and continuity from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, while ensuring long-term sustainable outcomes</li>
<li>Communicate confidently and comfortably technical solutions to all level of stakeholders and customers</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience/Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, ideally within a digital agency environment, who have worked independently whilst part of a team</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise within PIM, DAM, or MDM solutions from either a development or a consulting position. (Do not need to have an Engineer background)</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, architecture, data governance, and migration processes</li>
<li>Experience working on concurrent customers across a variety of industries</li>
<li>Ability to work across complex digital ecosystems and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Naturally curious and a strong, effective communicator</li>
