Simply Southern Chiropractic Center is seeking a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care and help our clinical team deliver outstanding service. This role involves assisting with therapies, coordinating patient flow, and helping maintain a professional, friendly environment. You must be energetic, dependable, and ready to learn. Extensive on-site training is provided. With locations in Greer and Greenville, SC, we are a trusted community partner and a great place to grow your career.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist chiropractors with therapies and hands-on patient care</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency</li><li>Educate patients on therapies and basic wellness care</li><li>Manage patient flow and coordinate with front desk staff</li><li>Support with light administrative tasks when needed</li><li>Maintain accurate records in EMR</li><li>Provide warm, professional interactions with every patient</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Personable, self-motivated, and coachable</li><li>Comfortable multitasking in a clinical setting</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Familiarity with Apple computers and willingness to learn new systems</li><li>Commitment to patient-centered care and chiropractic philosophy</li><li>Must be team-oriented and willing to be cross-trained</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required):<ul><li>Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or fitness setting</li><li>Background in health science, kinesiology, or anatomy</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Health insurance after 90 days (50% employer-paid premium)</li><li>401(k) with employer matching after 1 year</li><li>PTO accrued from day one, usable after 6 months</li><li>Complimentary chiropractic care for employees and full-time employees&rsquo; spouses and children (18 &amp; under)</li><li>Scrubs provided</li><li>Jury duty pay</li><li>Staff team-building events, offsite trips, plus birthday and work anniversary celebrations</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Tuesday: 10:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Wednesday: 7:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM</li><li>Thursday: 10:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 7:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM</li><li>Saturday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM (Saturday work hours are non-negotiable)</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Position based in Greer office; must be able to work at Greenville location as needed</li><li>Occasional travel required for staff development</li><li>Initial training will take place on Mondays during the first 6 to 8 weeks of employment to set new team members up for success</li><li>This role includes cross-training to assist with hands-on patient care when necessary.
