As we continue to scale, we are looking to add a high level accounting professional to support our financial operations at our Lawrenceville location.Position Overview: We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant to manage day to day financial operations and support leadership with accurate and timely reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health and discipline of the business.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Monitor expenses and ensure proper coding and allocation Assist with payroll coordination and reporting Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and ensure compliance with company policies Support month end and year end close processes Work directly with leadership on financial reporting, trends, and analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting as neededQualifications: 2 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Automotive or multi location business experience is a plusWhat We Offer: Competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Direct exposure to executive leadership and business operations Stable and performance driven work environmentHow to Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed.
