We are the largest independent luxury brokerage in the city, and our content needs to match the brand.What the role actually looks like:You are in the field. Not at a desk. Shooting luxury homes, lifestyle, agents, the city, the culture. You are running and gunning, capturing content as it happens, and turning it around the same day. You are responsible for telling the Simply Vegas story across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a consistent brand voice.Volume matters here. We are not posting once a week. We are posting multiple pieces of content a day across multiple accounts. If that energy excites you, we should talk. If it scares you, we are not the right fit.What you need to have:Proven experience as a content creator or social media managerA portfolio that speaks for itselfElite editing chops in CapCut, Premiere, or whatever weapon you preferThe ability to direct, shoot, and post without hand holdingA point of viewFull time, in person, Las Vegas basedA company that is expanding nationally with significant ceiling for the right personHow to apply:Apply through Indeed and include a link to your portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.About the RoleKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Support agent spotlights, listings, events, trainings, and company announcements</li><li>Capture and/or edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)</li><li>Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and messaging</li><li>Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and engagement</li><li>Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements</li><li>Collaborate with operations, leadership, and marketing teams</li><li>Assist with on-site content at events when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms</li><li>Basic video editing and content creation skills</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Familiarity with real estate content is a plus (but not required)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Creative but detail-oriented</li><li>Reliable and deadline-driven</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proactive, positive, and adaptable</li><li>Able to take direction while also contributing ideas</li></ul>Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
