<div>Where multiple locations are listed for this role, the position may be based in any of those locations, with priority determined according to the order of listing. 
You'll be the first dedicated hire owning content and community at Simular. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role: you'll create the content, grow the community, and establish creator partnerships that drive awareness and adoption for our products.
You'll work directly with the founding team and manage a small team of interns. If you like building from zero, this is it.
What you'll do
Content<ul><li>
Write blog posts, tutorials, and product walkthroughs that developers and power users actually want to read</li><li>
Create and coordinate video content: product demos, use-case showcases, launch announcements</li><li>
Develop a content calendar and ship consistently</li></ul>
Community<ul><li>
Build and grow our online community across Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, and developer forums</li><li>
Turn community feedback into product insights for the engineering team</li></ul>
Creator &amp; Affiliate Partnerships<ul><li>
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with tech creators and niche influencers</li><li>
Run our affiliate and creator programme end-to-end</li><li>
Coordinate co-marketing with partners</li></ul>
DevRel<ul><li>
Represent Simular at meetups, hackathons, and conferences</li><li>
Create developer-facing content: integration guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs</li></ul>
You might be a fit if<ul><li>
You've built a community or content engine from scratch at a startup or as an independent creator</li><li>
You can write clearly and ship fast</li><li>
You're active in tech/AI communities and understand the culture, not just the metrics</li><li>
You have real relationships with creators, or you are one yourself</li><li>
You're comfortable with video - doesn't have to be polished, has to be authentic</li><li>
You can manage interns and freelancers without losing your own output</li><li>
You're excited about AI agents and have opinions about where the space is going</li><li>
You're open to travel as we attend and host events globally</li></ul>
Bonus<ul><li>You're a content creator yourself &mdash; show us what you've built</li><li>You've grown a personal following in tech/AI on any platform</li><li>Experience running affiliate or creator programmes</li><li>You speak multiple languages (our users are global)</li></ul>
