<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.</li><li>Repair and maintain systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and kitchen equipment.</li><li>Ensure all safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting) are operational and compliant with regulations.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs and records for all equipment and repairs.</li><li>Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.</li><li>Assist in installation and setup of new equipment or systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ITI certificate (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
