Your leadership and communication skills will ensure seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams, fueling growth and success every day.Duties<ul><li>Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.</li><li>Lead negotiations to secure service contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.</li><li>Manage daily account operations, including scheduling maintenance activities, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to promote landscape services and enhance brand visibility within target markets.</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.</li></ul>Experience.<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and expanding client portfolios.</li><li>Experience in business development, including prospecting new clients through warm calling and outreach efforts.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.</li><li>Knowledge of technology sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
