 Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in the automotive supplier industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, responsible, capable of following up on tasks; solution- and result-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions on international travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience with Excel/spreadsheets
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Matching customer demand lists with the correct products
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and sending Mail Orders to customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending Order Confirmations and processing the orders once quotations turn into purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirming customers&rsquo; preferred shipment dates and following up on the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending the Shipment Report Form to the customer
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking and sending Proforma or Commercial Invoices to customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving special customer requests (e.g., packaging, labeling) and organizing their execution internally
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring due payments and contacting customers if necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Requesting prepayments from customers working on advance payment terms before shipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending local trade fairs and hosting customers at the company booth
 </li>

 Supporting purchasing processes by carrying out assigned tasks

 Following up and learning the processes in purchasing-related correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in purchasing activities with a competitive and deadline-focused approach

 <li>
 Maintaining communication with suppliers under own responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and monitoring inventory for responsible products
 </li>
 <li>
 Contacting new suppliers when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigating and reporting any post-purchase issues to prevent recurrence
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in price and supplier research
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely entry of price lists received from suppliers into the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Matching and controlling suppliers&rsquo; invoices and delivery notes
 </li>

 Monitoring and controlling purchase prices
 </li>
