General PurposeThe purpose of this position to support for recruitment and selection process (end to end), employees&rsquo; development, and take care of ISO compliance.Job Responsibilities and Authorities:<ul><li>Responsible for recruitment and selection process as per organizational policy i-e such as Job Advertisement, resume Shortlisting, Scheduling and Interviewing of candidates, verification of employees&rsquo; documentation, hire approval, offer letter and appointment letter form Grade 11 to 10</li><li>Assist to Manager R&amp;S in recruitment and selection process from Grade 09 to 07.</li><li>Conduct recruitment drive for EMA / EMT and EMT- A - Onboarding of new employees including performing their orientation and Joining Formalities</li><li>To monitor probationary period process till confirmation / Extension or termination of the employee Creating and maintaining employee Electronic - and Hard Files</li><li>Induction of new employees in HRIS, including complete details of spouse &amp; children &amp; Bank Account details)</li><li>Digitalization and Hard copies of employee personal file and HR records (Audit, Files, Policies and Procedures)</li><li>Shadowing for Legal and Employee Relations matters and Business Partnering</li><li>Provide support to required changes in payroll.</li><li>Guide Grade 10 and Grade 11 staff members on human resource policies and procedures of the organization.</li><li>Offer assistance and provide details regarding programs and services such as employee support in terms of managing work/life related problems.</li></ul>HR Services:<ul><li>To be the first point of contact for employees M-10 and below grade for resolving any HR Services related issue such as leave procedure and employee concerns</li><li>Any other task assigned by the Line Manager</li></ul>Quality Assurance Management <ul><li>Participate in audit of SIEHS staff as HR representative.</li><li>To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by QA.</li><li>To ensure that employees personal files are maintained as per the ISO &amp; Internal/ External audit requirements.</li><li>Update records on the basis of audit findings &amp; share updated/ amended records with QA.</li></ul>COMPETENCY MATRIX:Technical Skills<ul><li>Good computer skills (MS Office)</li><li>HRIS</li><li>Certification for Participation ISO9001-2015 Understanding.</li></ul>Management Skills<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage people from other teams</li><li>Good written and spoken communication skills</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Good computer skills</li><li>Respect for confidential information</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Should have patience and understanding.</li><li>Ability to listen before offering advice.</li><li>Good HR knowledge.</li><li>Self-driven, strong sense of ownership.</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferably in human resources managementExperience: Minimum 1 - 3 Years in progressively more responsible positions in HRTraining/Courses/Skills (preferable): PreferredHR Services andExtensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office, Strong people handling skills.Age Requirement: Minimum 25 yearsDomicile: SindhGender: Male / FemaleLocation: KarachiJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

General PurposeThe Senior Manager &ndash; Software &amp; Applications will lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of software solutions to support the healthcare organization&rsquo;s operational, clinical, and administrative functions. This individual will oversee application lifecycle management, lead software teams, and drive the integration of technologies such as Microsoft .NET, Dynamics 365, data analytics, and emerging AI tools to improve patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Application &amp; Software Development<ul><li>Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, etc.).</li><li>Supervise the development of custom healthcare solutions aligned with clinical and operational workflows.</li><li>Oversee third-party integrations, APIs, and interoperability with health systems and digital health tools.</li></ul>Microsoft Dynamics 365<ul><li>Manage implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM and ERP-related modules.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and automate key business processes using D365 features like Power Automate and Power Apps.</li></ul>Data Management &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Lead data strategy initiatives including warehousing, ETL pipelines, reporting, and dashboards.</li><li>Implement data governance, quality, and security practices in line with healthcare data compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).</li><li>Leverage tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure Data Services to enable actionable insights.</li></ul>AI &amp; Emerging Technologies<ul><li>Drive the exploration and integration of AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance healthcare delivery and decision-making.</li><li>Evaluate feasibility and ROI of AI-driven projects relevant to patient outcomes or operational efficiency.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Supervise software engineers, business analysts, QA testers, and external vendors.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation.</li><li>Promote agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>8+ years of progressive experience in software/application development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.</li><li>Proven experience in:</li><li>Microsoft .NET development</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization &amp; deployment</li><li>Database management and BI tools (SQL Server, Power BI)</li><li>AI/ML solution integration (preferred)</li><li>Experience in the healthcare, non-profit, or public sector is highly desirable.</li></ul>Age: Minimum 30 yearsDomicile: SindhGender: Male / FemaleLocation: KarachiJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs300,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
