<br><p></p><div><p>SRSO is seeking a qualified and dynamic professional to lead its Craft &amp; Enterprise Development initiatives. The Manager (CED) will be responsible for driving innovation, market linkages, capacity building, and enterprise development through effective team management and collaboration with artisans and BDGs.</p>
<p>
QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Required Qualification: Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Management, Social Sciences, Textile/Fashion Designing, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in craft development, enterprise management, or related sectors with at least 02 years of experience at a management/supervisory level.</p>
</li>
<li><p>In case of a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the above-mentioned fields, a minimum of 07 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 03 years in a management/supervisory role.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES:</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Hands-on knowledge of craft/product development, research &amp; design, and enterprise development.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong market linkage and networking skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to manage exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and mega events.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency in developing strategies, policies, and internal audits.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.</p>
</li>
</ul><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Lead CED production, field, and marketing teams for design and product development aligned with market trends.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Facilitate Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) to innovate craft designs and products.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build capacity of BDGs and field teams through training and workshops.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure proper documentation, records, and financial compliance (including wage payments via cheques).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop and strengthen linkages with vendors, brands, and customers to expand markets.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Organize exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to maximize craft sales (e.g., Sartyoon Sang Exhibition).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage and operate the official Shopify website of SRSO&rsquo;s Craft &amp; Enterprise Development initiatives.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop and maintain the E-commerce store to ensure smooth functionality and user-friendly experience.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Oversee the administration of the e-commerce store, including product listings, order processing, and customer support.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage social media platforms for the Sartyoon Sang brand to enhance visibility, outreach, and sales.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support procurement, finance, and audit teams in CED-related processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assist in updating CED policy/strategic plans and ensure successful implementation</p>
</li>
</ul><p>AGE LIMIT:</p>
