We're seeking a Purchasing &amp; Estimating Manager who thrives on clarity, organization, and teamwork-someone who loves turning complex details into smooth execution. In this role, you'll keep projects on track from the very start, ensuring accurate budgets, smart purchasing, and strong vendor relationships.

What You'll Do
You'll be the connective thread between our clients, project managers, vendors, and field staff-making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projects</li><li>
Meeting with clients and subcontractors to clarify the scope and gather pricing</li><li>
Managing purchasing: issuing POs, ordering materials, and tracking delivery timelinesPartnering with the estimating and selections team to keep budgets up to date</li><li>
Coordinating with the field team to share critical details before they're needed</li><li>
Scheduling site visits with vendors and subs, especially for renovation projects</li><li>
Reading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and solving design or constructability questions early</li><li>
Keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentation</li></ul>
What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who's fluent in the language of construction and loves building systems that work. You'll stand out if you have:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction</li><li>
1+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing</li><li>
Solid knowledge of construction methods, terminology, and budgeting</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications with confidence</li><li>
Experience performing material takeoffs and developing scopes of work</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and project management tools (e.g., CoConstruct or similar)</li><li>
Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities</li><li>
Strong communication skills with vendors, trades, and internal teams</li><li>
Integrity, sound judgment, and a professional approach that reflects Sineath's values</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience)</li><li>
Medical Insurance: Eligible after 90 days</li><li>
Paid Time Off:<ul><li>
5 days annually (Years 1-2)</li><li>
10 days annually after Year 2</li></ul></li><li>
Sick Leave: 5 days annually</li><li>
401(k): Eligible after 1 year with employer match<ul><li>
100% match on the first 3%</li><li>
50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match)</li></ul></li></ul>
Working Conditions<ul><li>
Office-based role with occasional site visits for vendor coordination, walkthroughs, or checks</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate uneven terrain, enter crawlspaces, and take site measurements</li><li>
Commitment to OSHA regulations and company safety standards</li></ul>
