What You'll Do
You'll be the connective thread between our clients, project managers, vendors, and field staff-making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projects</li><li>
Meeting with clients and subcontractors to clarify the scope and gather pricing</li><li>
Managing purchasing: issuing POs, ordering materials, and tracking delivery timelinesPartnering with the estimating and selections team to keep budgets up to date</li><li>
Coordinating with the field team to share critical details before they're needed</li><li>
Scheduling site visits with vendors and subs, especially for renovation projects</li><li>
Reading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and solving design or constructability questions early</li><li>
Keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentation</li></ul>
What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who's fluent in the language of construction and loves building systems that work. You'll stand out if you have:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction</li><li>
1+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing</li><li>
Solid knowledge of construction methods, terminology, and budgeting</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications with confidence</li><li>
Experience performing material takeoffs and developing scopes of work</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and project management tools (e.g., CoConstruct or similar)</li><li>
Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities</li><li>
Strong communication skills with vendors, trades, and internal teams</li><li>
Integrity, sound judgment, and a professional approach that reflects Sineath's values</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>
Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience)</li><li>
Medical Insurance: Eligible after 90 days</li><li>
Paid Time Off:<ul><li>
5 days annually (Years 1-2)</li><li>
10 days annually after Year 2</li></ul></li><li>
Sick Leave: 5 days annually</li><li>
401(k): Eligible after 1 year with employer match<ul><li>
100% match on the first 3%</li><li>

The Role</h2>

About the Role
Sineath Construction is growing, and we're adding a proven Area Construction Manager to lead performance across multiple active job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing 3-4 Field Managers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, quality stays high, schedules stay tight, and customers feel supported every step of the way.
If you're a builder at heart but operate like an owner-forecasting 30-90 days out, coaching field teams, making operational decisions with confidence, and protecting both margin and reputation-this role is built for you.
What You'll Own<ul><li>
Lead and manage 3-4 Field Managers, including coaching, performance accountability, and talent development.</li><li>
Ensure all projects have baseline schedules, are properly launched, and followed through company SOPs.</li><li>
Provide clear 60-day completion projections to both internal teams and clients.</li><li>
Drive quality control, safety standards, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects.</li><li>
Partner with Purchasing, Estimating, and Design for strong pre-construction handoffs and smooth project starts.</li><li>
Lead warranty resolution with urgency and professionalism.</li><li>
Be a culture carrier-modeling accountability, communication, and problem-solving.</li><li>
Handle conflict resolution and client escalations with tact, urgency, and emotional intelligence.</li><li>
Inspect job sites regularly to verify schedule accuracy, trade partner performance, and workmanship standards.</li></ul>

High integrity, steady under pressure, and confident making field-level decisions</li><li>
